Data We Collect
- Account: email, password hash, locale, verification/2FA status.
- Gameplay linking: master ↔ game accounts, actions inside dashboard.
- Payments: method, amounts, transaction IDs (no full card numbers stored).
- Technical: IP, user-agent, device, cookies; security/audit logs.
- Voluntary: Discord and Telegram contacts.
How We Use Data
- Provide, secure and troubleshoot the Service; prevent fraud/abuse.
- Account management, password resets, email verification.
- Process payments and deliver Coins of Luck (CoL).
- Communicate updates and support responses.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Legal Bases
Contract performance; legitimate interests (security, anti-fraud); consent for optional communications; legal obligations.
Sharing
We share only what’s necessary with service providers:
- Payments: Stripe / Revolut / PayPal / PrimePayments (as applicable).
- Hosting, analytics and security vendors under data-processing terms.
We do not sell personal data.
International Transfers
Data may be processed outside your country. We use reasonable safeguards and contracts where required.
Retention
- Account data: while active; audit logs ~12 months.
- Payment records: ~5 years or as laws require.
- Support tickets/logs: ~12 months.

Depending on your location: access, rectify, delete, object, restrict, portability, withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise rights.
Security
We use TLS, strict session and cookie settings, password hashing, rate limits and audit logs. No method is 100% secure; please report issues.
Children
Service not intended for children under 16/18 (as applicable). Do not register if under the applicable age.
