Terms of Service for l2retro.net. Effective date: November 5, 2025.
Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Virtual Currency & Items
Coins of Luck (CoL) and virtual items have no real-world monetary value. Purchases grant a limited, revocable license; non-transferable and may be revoked for violations.
Acceptable Use
- No cheats, exploits, bots, or client modifications.
- No harassment, threats, or impersonation.
- No attempts to breach security or overload services.
- No RMT (real-money trading) of accounts/items without permission.
Payments
You must be authorized to use your payment method. Taxes/fees may apply. See our Refund Policy for returns.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud, or legal/security reasons. No refunds for bans caused by violations.
Content & IP
Game assets and the site are owned by their respective rights holders. L2Retro is an unofficial test server not affiliated with NCSOFT. You receive a limited license to access and use the Service.
Disclaimers & Liability
Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid in the last 6 months (or €10), whichever is lower.
