REFUND POLICY
Rules for payments and returns on l2retro.net. Effective date: November 5, 2025.
Digital Items
All purchases of Coins of Luck (CoL) and other digital items are final and non-refundable once delivered to your account.
Exceptions (case-by-case)
- Duplicate payment error.
- CoL not received within 12 hours and support confirms failure.
- Fraudulent transaction verified by provider.
How to Request
Email billing@l2retro.net within 7 days of payment and include:
- Master account email/login
- Payment method & transaction ID
- Date/amount
- Description of the issue
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to account restrictions to prevent abuse.
Ineligible
- Change of mind.
- Bans for ToS violations.
- Partial use of bundles.
- Downtime outside our reasonable control.
Refund Method
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your provider.
